This is the policy for the shop: Kathryn writes mining and FIFO resumes in Perth. You can buy a rewrite, run a free ATS scan, pay Stripe, and ask for an emailed report. We do not sell your details.
When you order, quote, or WhatsApp, we collect what we need to do the work:
Kathryn uses that file to write the resume, cover letter, and (if you bought them) SEEK or LinkedIn copy. Resume documents are kept for 12 months after delivery so we can revise or re-send them. After that we delete the files unless the law says we must keep a record.
The scan on wizardresumes.com.au/ats-scanner runs in your browser and does not require an account or email. We do not upload your file for the on-page check.
If you press “Send my report”, your email, optional name, selected role, search preference, extracted résumé text and any job ad you supplied are sent to our Cloudflare-hosted service. We recompute the report using the same rules and discard the raw text. Saved findings, which may quote short passages, expire after 90 days. Resend processes the email delivery. Anyone with your private report link can read that report, so keep the link private.
Follow-up marketing is a separate, unticked choice, confirmed through your report. We retain consent, unsubscribe, delivery and purchase records so we can honour your preferences and measure the service. If you send a question or correction, we retain it for customer service and pause follow-ups. Where the business inbox is connected, incoming sender addresses and message identifiers are used to stop automated follow-ups when a conversation starts.
The scanner does not load session-replay software. Its analytics events describe the selected role, report requests and package choices; they do not include resume text or form contact details. Private report and scanner operations pages do not load analytics scripts. If you previously bought ATS Scanner Pro, its existing payment and access records remain supported; that product is no longer sold.
The current scanner can show a small before-and-after edit using only wording already in your resume. This runs in your browser and does not send your text to an AI provider. You must confirm that the edit is accurate before copying it.
If you turn on Deep AI Check, the extracted resume text is sent over HTTPS to our server and then to our AI provider (Anthropic) for a one-off authorship read. We do not keep the resume text after the reply comes back. The only record we keep is an anonymous daily usage counter. Anthropic’s API terms apply to that pass; we do not use it to train a model of our own.
Card payments go through Stripe. Afterpay, if you choose it, is offered on Stripe’s checkout. We receive a payment confirmation, not your card details. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers that step.
The site uses cookies and similar tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel) so we can see which pages are used and whether an ad led to an order. You can block cookies in your browser. The shop still works.
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run the shop: Stripe (payments), email delivery, analytics, and — if you choose Deep AI Check — Anthropic. We may disclose information if Australian law requires it.

A Wizard Resumes ATS Scanner browser extension has existed as a separate tool. It is not how the shop works. If you still have it installed, scoring stays on your device in the browser’s local storage. A “Deep Scan” in that extension sends resume text and the job ad to our server for a one-off analysis and does not keep the file afterwards. Uninstalling the extension deletes its local data. This appendix does not change the shop policy above.
