The free score does not require an email. We only keep a durable record when someone asks us to send the report. That set is biased toward people who wanted a copy — usually because the score was not a celebration.
It means the file we saw is missing the words and tickets mining software ranks. Plenty of those people work. The document is the problem, not the operator.
